We spent three nights here and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff deserves special praise. They are attentive, responsive, and truly pleasant people. They handle any questions related to tourism around Gili professionally and with care. It was also wonderful to see how much effort they put into maintaining the beach, the tables, and creating a welcoming space for guests. The restaurant is outstanding. The chef prepares a fantastic tuna steak, easily one of the best we have ever had. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and served with great attention to detail. The place itself feels like paradise: a beautiful beach with soft sand, stunning sea views, and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely a spot we would love to return to again and again. A big thank you to the Mowie’s team for making our holiday so special!

The food here is absolutely delicious! The staff is very kind and helpfull! Especially Supardi gave us great service. Our kids loved the little playground. It's the perfect place to enjoy some food and drinks during the beautiful sunset.

Loved our stay here! The hospitality by the staff was 10/10. They were so accomodating to our needs and were so friendly it made for a homey stay. The food, restaurant vibe and music was perfect. Right on the beach in the best part of the island. I’d recommend their bigger villas, as we were located in a small one out the back which is outdated.

Our stay at Mowies was wonderful! The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach with beautiful sunset views and easy access to the sea. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, albeit quite small. You don’t really need to spend much time inside when the beach is just steps away, but everything was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The welcome drink was a nice touch. They also helped us arrange laundry which was done quickly and well. Overall great value for money and steps away from lovely restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Thank you for such a warm welcome to Gili Air we’d definitely come back!

This review is only for drinks! So me and my wife went to Mowies on our first night at Gili Air Island. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. The drinks are different and interesting, but I will admit that that they feel a little low on alcohol. For several drinks, we had to spice them up with a shot of additional alcohol. That being said, I highly recommend this place, and we will try to eat dinner here at a later stage in our vacation. Would have given 5/5 if drinks were slightly more alcoholic and if they had draft beer

The place to go everyday I normally go for dinner, but they have great options for breakfast and lunch as well The environment is great, romantic and chill at the same time. The quality of food and its price is perfect balance! Location is great. Close to some shops, the arbour, a gym on the beach.. everything! The team is great and service is fast( which is not something so common in Gili) Highly recommend!
